1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Peptides Source Hub are for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, or any clinical use. Products are not dietary supplements, food additives, pharmaceutical ingredients, or approved drug substances. By purchasing, you certify that your institution is equipped for proper handling of research chemicals and that all work will be conducted by qualified personnel under appropriate safety protocols.

2. Ordering & Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or acceptance of purchase order. Bulk pricing tiers are listed on individual product pages and apply per single shipment — combined historical volume does not automatically qualify for tiered pricing unless specified in a supply agreement.

Payment methods: Wire transfer (preferred), credit card (via secure processor), and PayPal for evaluation orders under $1,000. Net-30 terms available for approved institutional accounts with purchase order.

3. Quality & Specifications

All products are shipped with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting HPLC purity (≥99% standard), mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and physical appearance. Batch-specific COAs are issued — not generic templates. If your protocol requires additional testing (endotoxin, residual solvents, peptide content by AAA), request these at time of inquiry — they're included in bulk orders at no extra cost.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for carrier options, transit times, and free shipping thresholds. Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding the importation of research chemicals. We will not falsify customs declarations or invoice values.

5. Returns & Refunds

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace or refund at our discretion. Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, protocol changes, or regulatory issues in the destination country. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in validated containers — claims based on "I think it got too warm" without supporting evidence will not be honored.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on peptidesourcehub.com — including product descriptions, technical data sheets, analytical methodologies, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Peptides Source Hub. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Custom synthesis clients retain IP rights to novel sequences developed under contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

Peptides Source Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, handling, storage, or disposal of our products outside their intended laboratory research purpose. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product. We do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose beyond the published specifications in the Certificate of Analysis.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, in accordance with CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) rules. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under your local consumer protection laws where applicable.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion — including but not limited to orders that appear to involve unauthorized resale, trademark infringement, or misrepresentation of product identity or intended use. If we suspect that products are being resold under false COAs or mislabeled as pharmaceutical-grade, we will terminate the relationship immediately and may report to relevant authorities.
